Backbone International Retail Displays

With Backbone's debut success and regional growth, it was vital for the company to educate new users about their product. In 2024, I worked alongside our Product Manager, Sales and Localization teams, and our vendors to create custom retail displays for stores across the US, Europe and Asia. We created six different displays with varying sizes and components in order to meet retail requirements in the different regions. This was a huge effort for our small team and a big cross-functional effort internally and externally.
